Gary Davis is an author and keynote speaker on business networking. He conducts networking seminars for corporate planning outings, association meetings and sales retreats. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina and a native of the RTP area.
Gary is available to the press for comments on current business conditions as well as how those conditions can be more readily dealt with by having a strong network to assist you. Gary's programs on networking including but not limited to his 45-minute seminar entitled "Networking in the South! - The rules of networking are different here," helps people to understand the importance of networking and how it can help them to create more power in business.
Gary explains, "It has been said that it is not what you know, but rather who you know. I think that this expression leaves out the most important part. What really matters is what who you know thinks of you."

Gary Davis, author of "Networking in the South," will be the guest speaker at Pioneer Strategies' Friday Morning Leadership Forum on Sept. 14. The event begins at 7:30 a.m. and will be held at the Cardinal Club in downtown Raleigh.

On Wednesday, September 26 at the Capital City Club in Raleigh, Gary Davis, author of Networking in the South, will speak at the National Association for Women Business Owners upcoming luncheon. The topic will be Cracking the Code on Networking. The audience will discover the potential in their current network, and how to enhance the power of your core network, and why nurturing business relationships will help your business leapfrog the competition. You'll also discover why you are not included in other people's networks, and you will look ahead to determine who should be in your network by the year 2010.

He will be working with their advisors on further networking exploration during his three day "Networking Bootcamp". This seminar series includes lab work in the real world and instruction from Gary Davis on how to be in the world in order to create a powerful identity.

May 18 - Gary Davis will be speaking at the Annual Agency Manager's meeting for NC Farm Bureau Insurance. His speech will cap off the three day conference with a humorous keynote about networking in the south.
May 15 - Raleigh Chamber has its Mega Networking event on May 15 starting at 8am. Gary Davis will be presenting his motivational talk on what to do to cope with adversity.
May 4 - Anthony and Co. has invited Gary to speak to their company meeting. He will be sharing how to build a more powerful core network.
Nov 4 - Gary Davis was featured on Fox Business News on a segment talking about the election and the effect on small business. His insight on small business and the housing market included an comment about perception taken from his award winning talks about networking.
July 24 2008: Gary is scheduled to be the keynote speaker at the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce annual meeting. He will be discussing “Trends in Networking at Chamber Events” and “How to Change the Culture in a Chamber of Commerce through Selfish Altruism.”
First Citizens Bank has invited Gary to speak on Growing Your Core Network on Thursday September the 18th at their Triangle Sales Conference. Their focus for this meeting is getting the word out about their "We can do it" brand.
